Congratulations to the 13 Western players and coaches who represented West in the inter-districts this weekend. This is a remarkable fixgure and shows that the years of hard work the boys and their coaches have put in are paying off in spades.
Fully seven of our boys were members of the winning U18 squad (Fraser Moran, Cammy Weir, Andrew MacAllister, Matt O'Toole, Euan Cowan, Lewis Malone and Scott Menzies) plus both coaches (James Moran and Matt McGinlay).
Adam MacKenzie, Devan Miller, Roddy McConnell and Cammy Moran (the third of the Moran dynasty participating - Leanne, where were you?) played for the U16s.
Well done all and here's to future success.
