The league season finished on a high as both first teams beat Watsonians. The men ended up sneaking a 6-5 win having looked comfortably home and hosed at 3-0 up after fifteen minutes. The women came back from a goal down to win 2-1.
With Menzieshill and Dundee Wanderers each getting unexpected wins, this leaves the men in third with an away play-off semi-final against Menzieshill and the women fourth which gives them an away play-off semi-final against Edinburgh University. Both have beaten these teams away from home already this season so each should travel with confidence this Saturday.
The Men's 2s closed out their season with two very welcome home wins. They beat Hillhead 2s 3-1 on Saturday then beat league champions Edinburgh University 2s 4-3 on Sunday. The 4s lost 2-1 to Helensburgh.
The Women's 2s and 3s lost 2-1 and 1-0 respectively.
