The Scottish Government, working with sportscotland through Scottish Hockey, has made a £50,000 fund available for 500 sports clubs to provide free period products.
Members, participants and visitors will be able to access what they need so that a normal thing like having a period doesn’t get in the way of taking part in sport.
Western Wildcats has received £100 to provide period products so, if you get caught short, don’t panic! Free period products are now available in the toilets in the changing rooms during all training and games – our members can use them whenever they need to.
