There were no first team games at the weekend but plenty of hockey was still played.
Our Women's 2s enjoyed an excellent 3-2 win against Ayr while the 3s kept up their unbeaten streak with a 4-0 defeat of GHK 5s. The 4s lost 2-0 to GHK 6s but played very well as they continue to progress.
Both the Men's 2s and 3s were left ruing an inability to convert chances in their defeats. The 2s lost 2-1 at home to Edinburgh University 2s while the 3s were beaten 2-0 at Uddingston 3s. The 4s lost 4-1. The 5s managed an excellent 6-3 win against Helensburgh.
Yesterday the Girls U16 beat Gullane 4-3 at Auchenhowie in the U16 Scottish Cup.
