Western Wildcats Hockey Club

The Women's 1s drew their second play-off game 2-2 with GHK today. They were 2-0 up and, had they converted any of the chances they made thereafter would have gone on to win. However, GHK took advantage of a visibly tiring Wildcats team to score twice in the last fifteen minutes. In the end our girls were hanging on grimly so a draw was probably justified.

Wildcats play Gordonians on Saturday knowing that a win of 3 goals or more plus a Kelburne defeat of GHK assures top division hockey next season.
