With the September weekend and Boys' Interdistricts there is only one game this weekend and it's a cracker with Grove Menzieshill visiting Auchenhowie to play our Women's 1s (1330).
Grove are a younger side this season with a number of more experienced players stepping away. Their results have reflected this and Wildcats probably go into this one as favourites in light of their own excellent start to the season.
"We're playing really well at the moment and I'm delighted with the start we've made to the season," said Kaz. "The new girls have fitted in well and with Alex Stuart and Erin Stevens scoring goals and Kate Holmes and Catriona Booth looking good at corners we carry a real threat."
"We take any team we play seriously and Grove's pedigree means they deserve our respect but we are confident and I feel we can win this one."
This should be a good game and, with no other club sides in action, you've no excuses - be there to support the girls.
