We have a full card of home games this Saturday with lots of excellent hockey to enjoy at Auchenhowie.
The Men's 1s have the showpiece game of the day at 1330. They welcome free-scoring Uddingston, a team who are more than capable of making life hard for Western. Indeed, they have won two of the four league games the sides have contested in the last couple of seasons.
The Women's 1s are on at 1500 against newly promoted Glasgow University who have picked up a couple of wins already this season. Last week's outstanding 3-1 away win over Grove should give the girls confidence that they can win this one too, though.
The Men's 2s are on at midday against Grange 3s having surrendered their unbeaten record last week away to Edinburgh University 2s. The 3s play their first game in weeks against Kelburne 3s at 1030 and the 4s have the graveyard slot against Dumfries at 1630.
On Sunday the boys welcome Watsonians in the cup at 1430 after the girls face Aberdeen University at 1300. The Men's 2s are away to Stirling Wanderers.
Loads of hockey and therefore loads of great reasons to get down to the club and lend your support.
