It was great to see so many kids and parents braving the miserable weather yesterday morning to enjoy a fabulous junior festival at Auchenhowie. Teams from Western Wildcats, East Kilbride, Greenock Morton, Kelburne, GHK, Uddingston, Clydesdale and Hillhead all participated with U12s followed by U14s. The enthusiasm and ability on show was superb.
Our thanks go to Emma Reid and Debs O'Toole for their hard work in organising things and to all the volunteers from the clubs who came down to help out. In the afternoon, it was also great to see our Flyerz Parahockey taking place at the Allander Sports Centre.
